My responsibility included Engineering DSL, Generic, and Network Augment BEI projects.  My projects would include migrating circuits from A2E and E2E conversions. My focal point included Engineering DSLAM devices such as Adtran TA1248/TA1148, Calix ODC, and UMC 1000. My daily responsibility is BEI projects installing additional T1-Spans to relieve bandwidth exhaust. This would include migration of a new Uplink or Fiber conversion such as 1200F’s being installed at the DSLAM remote.  Some of my daily task would include VLAN assignment, IP address assignment, DSLAM Turn-Up and Off-net orders with Light Core. The systems I had to navigate for completion of a project were; NDFOS, Fireworks, Bidmaster, Metasolve and TD Tracking Tool.

Planning and Designing circuits from the Remote terminal (DLC) to the Central office and Planning Transport from the Central Office or HOST back to Aggregator. My responsibilities consist of pricing out Transport equipment such as Fujitsu FW4500, FW4100ES and Actelis units for the Remote sites (DLC) and the Central Offices. In charge of maintaining a quarterly budget based off House Holds, for strategic and static customers, where High Speed Internet (HSI) is pre-existing or existing in rural areas within the State of Michigan.
